The food was really good. The noodles are hand pulled and are chewy and absorb the soups flavors so well. The food was delicious. The noodles have a smokiness to then that I absolutely loved. The broth is very flavorful, meaty, and hearty. We ordered the steamed beef dumplings, garlic edamame, Taiwanese tomato beef brisket noodle soup, and the garlic chicken fried noodles. Everything was delicious. The service was super fast and the servers were kind. The interior decor was really impressive.
This place is wonderful! The Chinese dishes are high quality and I highly recommend the scallion chili oil wontons. The hand-pulled noodles are delicious ! Good service as well as a beautifully decorated location. A great casual dinner or lunch experience. My partner got the garlic chicken fried noodles and I got the beef shank noodle soup. The meat was very tender and those who want a little more kick can add their wonderful house made chili oil to any dish. Be sure to check out this well kept secret in Edina if you love noodles!
Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! The noodles were perfection. The soup was perfectly spicy. The cucumbers crunchy and flavorful. The dumplings cooked to mouthwatering deliciousness! Definitely recommend this place! Comfy booths and great service too!
Last week, I finally managed time to try out this place. The decor gives you feel of typical Chinese restaurant, pretty tidy and clean place. We ordered cken fried rice, Garlic chicken fri d noodles, Chongqing spicy noodle soup. The only food that was quite flavorful was fried rice, but portion of chicken wasn't too much. Garlic chicken fried noodles was too mushy, the name fried noodles doesn't match with what comes in the plate. I didn't quite like the taste at all too sweet and salty. Lastly, Chongqing chicken soup very blant. I have visited very good Chinese restaurant, my palate have got that taste of rich Chinese food. They need to really work on the flavour. Good things about the place, your order comes out very fast and very humble customer service.
Authentic hand pulled Chinese noodle shop with tons of variety. Been coming here since they opened about a year and a half ago and it’s always good. This place serves real hand pulled Chinese noodles which are a treat since the only other places I’ve found these outside of China are Chicago, New York and LA. Do yourself a flavor and don’t order fried rice or cream cheese wontons, order the authentic noodle soup. The flavor profiles on all of their soups are amazing. We’ve tried the whole menu and it’s all tasty. Staff is always very nice and accommodating. I urge you to support this small business and try it out, you won’t be disappointed! Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs and are very nice to kids. Parking: Ample parking available.
Excellent quality food, good service. But the lack of ability to hold items is limiting for picky eaters or those who have allergies. For instance, my wife HATES green peppers which are in almost everything on the menu. She asked the waitress if they could hold the green peppers. The waitress politely said that was not an option, so my wife ended up ordering something that had green peppers, which left a terrible taste in her mouth, so bad that my wife asked that we so at a McDonald's we left the restaurant so she could get a Shamrock Shake to get the taste out of her mouth. If you're picky or have allergies, I recommend checking out their menu carefully before going here. Otherwise the food is well prepared, delicious and service is good.
This place is excellent! The homemade hand pulled noodles are fresh, soft, and chewy and 100% better than that which you would get ag Noodles and Company. I ordered the biang biang noodles with pork belly, and an order of beef burritos. Pork belly was diced in small cubes and tender. The beef burritos had cucumbers and hoisin sauce which is sweet. Definitely enjoyed the meal and would recommend others to give this place a try!
I was recommended by a friend and have gone a few times to form a solid opinion. Always promptly and kindly. The dining room is well decorated, has great natural lighting, and seating is spaced nicely apart. The dining room is also designed well with regard to volume. There’s no loud music, or loud kitchen noises, or loud parking lot sounds. It’s just very welcoming and even more importantly it’s warm! So many restaurants are very cold either from AC in the summer or conserving energy in the winter. Anyways, onto the food! My favorite was the Chongqing spicy beef noodle soup. It’s absolutely wonderful. It’s one of my favorite soups I’ve had in a long time. It’s filling, it’s delicious, it’s well flavored, it’s not too heavy, it’s not too anything; it’s seriously perfect. It’s also enough for two meals while being very inexpensive. I can’t recommend it enough. The Szechuan wontons in chili oil are perfectly fine. I tend to prefer them with hotter spice levels, but I think they’re ideal for what most people enjoy. I had the garlic chicken fried noodles and they were perfect for what they were. I asked for extra spicy and they were nicely flavored with some heat not as hot as I like but I can add my own chili oil at home, or they have some on the table. The chicken was great and the fried noodles were a great texture and consistency. It’s all simple dishes but very well seasoned, well prepared, well served, and just all around great. Neither the wontons, nor the fried noodles blew my mind, but they were exactly what I expect when I order those dishes, so I commend them for that. I definitely plan to go back and I would recommend to anyone
Restaurant was busy and workers were literally running back and forth. Food was good-especially the wontons, steamed dumplings, and the honey jasmine tea! Would eat here again. Didn't get to try the candies in the basket as a very greedy family each took handfuls as they left! Take one, people. Geez.
Tasty noodles served fast! I came in on a whim for lunch. The place is decorated nicely and I like the open kitchen. My noodles came very fast and were hot. The Spicy noodles were very delicious but not spicy enough for me I don’t do Minnesota spicy lol but I enjoyed them. Definitely will come back!
