My car needed a serpentine belt. I told the front desk that I wanted the belt replaced and the radiator coolant topped up and that I would then take it to my regular mechanic to make sure it wasn't an alternator pulley. He said the belt could be done today. Then I get a call saying the car will have to be diagnosed and kept for two days as they're booking two weeks in advance. As I only had a limited distance in the battery I now am at the mercy of this place or have to pay for a tow. Other mechanics in the area could have done it or I could have had it towed to my original mechanic first thing in the morning. I know the rent is likely high in this area but reeling me in and then refusing to do the work without two days and lots of $$$ is wrong. I will never go back to this mechanic outlet again.

Reliable, honest mechanic. Very fair prices and they never recommend unnecessary repairs.

Great experience! Friendly and efficient staff. Completed tests right in front of me. Also told me to take my battery back to other retailer. Turns out, I was very much within my warranty and received half my costs back. Thank you very much Craig and your team!
