We chose master mechanic high park because of their wonderful billboard posts. They've lived up to the height!! So far, we've had a couple of oil changes, bought/installed winter tires and recently had to get our brakes done. The staff offers a one of a kind, to be notch, quality customer service. I've just gotten off the phone with them following up on our recent visit! I have worked in the industry myself which has left me rather weary of mechanics. Thankful that we have found a place we can truly trust!

It's nice to know there are still good people and great customer service in this world! The employees here went above and beyond to help me and my family out when we had a bit of car trouble. Top notch! Thanks so much.

I had an appointment on Monday morning to get my front brakes done, but I cancelled due to a death in the family. I walked in on Thursday morning without an appointment, and they were able to get it done for me by the afternoon. They gave me a good price too. Communication was 100% clear as to what was happening, and they went out of their way to help me out as much as possible. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality work, communication, value, speed, and customer service. Thank you again for everything Rui. See you again soon I’m sure.

Josie, Brittany, Rui & the MM Staff are great. Super accommodating. Helped me service my dads pick up as he suffers from Alzheimer's and it's really hard to get him to get out and do maintenance on his truck. Josie and her team were able to squeeze me in and get all the work done. Super happy, great service and price, not over-charged at all and recommended what else needed to be serviced on the vehicle in the near future. Super satisfied with their service, great, friendly, prompt, and I would highly recommend. Very customer oriented. A+. Thanks for all your help. Great shop.
