The only reason this review isn't bombing is because the massage itself wasn't bad but the atmosphere sure was. Imagine light relaxing music and aromatherapy joined with aggressive sales tactics like a used car sales lot - I probably left more keyed up then I entered As it's my first massage I can understand them wanting to push the benefits of getting a massage again in 2 weeks to get used to it, and how you can use benefits -that wouldn't have been much and I would have appreciated it. However, at least 35-40 mins of my hour long session was spent talking about: -how I need to come back every 2 weeks for a while -if I had benefits, how good my benefits are, and that I should use them here -that they don't need money but I should come back often it's for my health -also not that they needed money but sometimes is so dead in here -was given the schedule of my therapist so I could come see her -told the hot rocks, a service I got - did nothing and I should do cupping next time -told the 60 min service I got - was not long enough and I need to do 90 next time It was pretty much the only thing we talked about was how often I would come back for massages. I have been in car sale lots that are less aggressive. When it's finally done and I'm trying to make excuses to get out of there when front desk starts trying to sell me a package deal with "isn't saving $25 worth it?" And here's the part I want management to read. I don't even blame the girls for their forceful selling. No one pushes that hard on sales unless some upper management person is riding them. But being in an hour long commercial for the company is not relaxing. Let your service speak for itself. Will I get another massage? Yes. Will it be from here? Hell no. In the whole benefits talk I was told the employees don't get benefits. Why would I support a company that can't do the bare minimum for its staff and make them push so hard? Unrelaxing, and not worth it.
I booked an appointment for today and she told me there is available spot for me , and I clearly told them, I can’t go yesterday but she still booked me yesterday, I came today and the receptionist told me I don’t have appointment today. Waste my time, waste my gas and very disappointed. Next time you may have to listen carefully for what the client telling you!!!
My husband and I went to have a couples massage. The front desk lady Sanah was very nice and gave us all the information we needed. I had Mary Jane and my husband had Lady. They both were so friendly and kind. The room was clean and we both walked out feeling like that was the best massage ever. Lady did deep tissue for my husband and he said it was the deepest best massage ever! The manager Christina and the front desk lady Sanah were very helpful and friendly. They helped us sign up for the membership and gave us all the info. We both left smiling and relaxed. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning!! Our only complaint would be that they don’t direct bill the insurance company but they give you a print out and explain how to make a claim yourself with your insurance company, it’s very easy!
This place is amazing and has wonderful massage therapist that help with all your needs of relaxation. I will be going back .highly recommended.
It took a few visits to find the right therapist for me, but Lady Love is a perfect fit! Both my husband and I see her now. The staff at this location are always kind, and extremely helpful when needed. Prices are reasonable for the service you receive.
Massage Therapist Marc was Amazing and definitely helped out all the pain I was having. He deserves 5 stars. What I didn’t like, is after I had a great massage and all chilled out and feeling good and not actually in pain was the front desk person upselling me a monthly massage package and when I said “ I’ll let you know” she said “what’s stopping you”. I get massages to unwind and I don’t think after your massage is a time to put pressure on someone. I unfortunately will not be back.
Got an email confirmation about my massage yesterday - that I booked over a month ago. I show up tonight to be told I have no apt after rushing my dinner and driving over an hour. My January massage was also messed up and I never got the therapist I wanted and it was horrible. Cancelling my membership for sure.
Waited for my second massage to write this. Great place nice staff, i couldnt do their membership due to a health procedure coming up so signed on for 3 months. My massage therapist is great Marlon
I have been with them for a loooong time when I realized you simply can't live without massages lol..The staff are always professional..however therapists come and go too often. My newest therapist Lady Love is amazing! She knows her stuff i.e Deep tissue massage and very friendly. Hopefully she stays a bit longer
