I'd purchased a gift certificate for a 1 hour massage, plus a hands & feet paraffin wax treatment. I'd asked if she kept records of the g.c. as I was in the middle of a move & the chances of me losing it were high. She confirmed that I didn't need the physical g.c. to get the services purchased. I went in for my appt (as predicted I'd misplaced the g.c.) and received my massage. When it came time for my wax treatment I was offered EITHER feet or hands. As I didn't have my g.c. handy I went along with it. A few weeks later I came across the g.c. & messaged Laura to find out about redeeming the other part of my Hands AND feet treatment. I was informed that she doesn't "offer paraffin as a stand alone treatment" & "Sorry we missed this, if we had the certificate we could have caught this." & "this [referring to my purchased g.c.] doesnt really have a value now." She finally agreed to let me come in to get my purchased hand treatment but after numerous attempts at trying to reschedule, it became apparent she had no intention of meeting with me. She always seemed 'booked' or 'not working' whenever I could come in. I eventually moved out of state & even when I was visiting ppl in town I'd try to get an appt, to no avail this went on since 2013. Laura Bull's chosen profession has the goal of making people feel relaxed. She most certainly did not accomplish this. Her name says it at 'Bull'. I do not recommend buying any services from her in advance & frankly if you enjoy doing business with ppl that keep their word she is not one of them. I waited this long to post this review as I was hoping she'd take me up on the many chances she'd had to make this better.

Don't use the direction link because it brings you to the wrong location. This happened to me and when I called there was no understanding. I was told I could come late and use the rest of the hour set aside for me.
