If I could rate a zero star I would. Rude receptionists. Almost every single “professional”I have seen here seems to be untrained and don’t know what they are doing and only makes things worse. Don’t waste your money here!!!

Had a deep tissue massage session with Oliver; had a very positive experience...felt very relaxed & zen when I left

I went for a massage at this location. I received very poor customer service from the receptionist, Jordan. She was rude and condescending  when I arrived and when I went to go pay. Through my interaction with her she ruin my experience. I have been to many Massage Addict in the past and I never encounter such an experience! Hopefully, this location will evaluate their staffs as these type of interaction can ruin people's experiences.

Visited Massage Addict whilst on holiday to unwind a bit. Sydney was great, very good at her job and worked out all my knotted muscles. We also had a nice chat while she worked which made me feel even more relaxed. The young lady on the front desk was also lovely. Great value for money and highly recommended!

My experience with Oliver Deep Tissue Massage has always been amazing. He is very thorough and I always leave feeling relief from my hip flexor problems

I booked a Hot Stone Massage for the sole purpose of relaxing. The massage itself was fine, but the room was not sound-proofed at all, so the whole massage I heard the dryer running very noisily, footsteps from above, a TV playing, and noise from what I assume is the staff room the microwave beeping, someone digging through cutlery, doors locking and unlocking.  Like I said, the massage was good, it was just impossible to focus on with all the noise. Good prices, but maybe worth paying more for a nicer ambiance.

My husband and I have a massage date once a month, thanks to these lovely people. From the atmosphere, to the entertaining receptionist, to listening where your trouble spots are,  they know how to treat you right! You feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. It's to the point where, I only want Shawn, my husband is team  Rachel. I think I just might take him home one day.

I rarely post reviews, but I feel the exceptional massage I received warranted it.  It was my first time at Massage Addict and I booked with Aysha.  They offered a discount on the first time treatment of $50 $70-$90 thereafter.  Like every other clinic in the world, you pay your bill and send the receipt to your insurance for reimbursement. But back to the treatment, it was the best full body relaxation treatment I have ever had and at the lowest price I have ever paid.   The treatment room was comfortable and tranquil and the flow of Aysha's hands was exactly what I could've hoped for.  I can tell that she is well-versed in the art of Massage Therapy.  This is a real and honest review from an actual client on April 10, 2018 without receiving any incentive. I just feel that I should give credit when credit is due.  Keep up the good work Massage Addict Beaches.

Great neighborhood spot with a fantastic membership program. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are clean and modern. I've tried several different masseuses and found them of varying quality. In general, I find that the female masseuses tend to be better. I try to see Melody when she's available -- she's great.
