I have a disability and I went to see if I could use the washroom October the 17th and to see what time it was in the morning when I went in the security guard that was in the front told me that I was not allowed to stay I did not want it to stay he was very sassy and when I told him that I would have paid for a hotel room and I still got smart mouthed back from him and I asked him why he was so rude he told me to suck it up I stayed there once upon a time and the rooms are very dirty and there's cobwebs everywhere it's not worth the money and they need to clean up the rooms better than what they are doing I think they need to evaluate the security guard and the professionalism that he is given people as if I don't give a blank about it
Rooms are dark and dated, this hotel is in dire need of a makeover. Staff very friendly and efficient. We stayed on third floor which was very noisy with either an intake or exhaust fan running, it was like having a hovercraft in your room and we had to request it be turned off which they did. A bit pricey considering breakfast is not included. If you're passing and need a place to sleep for 1-2 nights it's ok, but beyond that, I couldn't, in good conscience recommend for any longer stays.
The people that work in the restaurant is the worst service I have ever seen on the face of the earth.nnDO BETTER!!!!
The staff here at the Marystown Hotel are all outstanding and helpful. They are however very understaffed.nThe rooms have comfortable beds but the old stained carpets and depressing decor take away from the experience. The television options are dismal.nNot good value for money.
