Good, welcoming atmosphere. Lawyer was positive, engaging and easy to understand. No legalese or technical bafflegab. Or suits either! She made sure I understood what was up in plain English and honoured my questions. I never felt rushed. This was a first visit for a hitherto-unfamiliar situation so can't compare it to any other similar firm. But the experience was reassuring and educational. I try not to engage in behaviour that requires extensive legal intervention but this felt very much like such an interaction ought to feel. But what do I know?
