A very typical experience for fast food. Employees we're prompt and kind. Place was mostly clean, minus a slightly dirty floor mid afternoon. Food is great. Decently priced. No major flaws to remove a 5 star review. Good job.
The food is good and spicy. Best customer service I've had at a fast food restaurant so far. This one employee named Amit is always smiling and always has this positive air surrounding him. The energy they give off honestly puts me in a good mood whenever I eat here.Food: 4/5
First of all the taste of the food was good but the exact taste didn't reflect in the dish coz it was too oily and didn't had sufficient hot. And the service was really bad as the lady who took my order was really rude to me, she was pretending that I don't know anything about the name of the dishes and treated me and my family really bad as we placed the order at 9.25pm and suppose to had it in dining. But the lady over there told us that they are going to close at 10pm so that we are not suppose to have the food in the restaurant. I didn't experience this type of attitude from any restaurant employee.
Chicken here is decent. Been here few times. They are mostly short staffed. All 3 times used the drive thru. For this time i placed my order well ahead on app and went to pickup after the order ready by time. Was asked to drive up. Was sitting in car for more than 15 mins. No one evn acknowledged. Place was dead no car behind me all this time. Another car came by after 20 mins and then someone finally came to window and said 2 more mins. Got my order finally after 25 mins in dirve thru.
Heard alot of hype about Mary Brown's chicken so decided to try it out. Nothing special about the taste of it, pieces are average size at best. Service was very good though. A little on the pricy side for what you get.Food: 3/5
Consistent, tasty, feels “real”. Staff is friendly and the sandwiches are obviously made with care, which is a very appreciate change from the mess you usually get from other fast food places. It is prompt, but it feels wrong to call it “fast food”, it’s better than that.
Riteshemployee who works here was laughing as i enter. He start laughing as well other employee don't know the name also started laughing in the kitchen and customers watching them. Not welcoming behaviour. Worst customer service i have ever seen. If this kind of behaviour continue u will loose business. Thanks in advance.
Don't go here often, but always love all the food I get when I do ...Food: 5/5
Best Fried Chicken Ever !- Beats all the " Usual " places. Only the second time trying the "feast", will never buy fried chicken anywhere else now !
Staff was super nice, they brang our food to our table which they didn’t have to. Such kind employees, definitely would come again!
