I picked up Mary Browns yesterday at 4:pm ! 2 3 piece boxes with taters! I ordered white meat for one box! We received little pieces looked like backs of chicken legs and wings! Something is going wrong here! The chicken was cut in a terrible process! Never got white meat which I was willing to pay extra for! Bad service!

Hey management,nThis review is regarding one of your store supervisor in evening,nJust few days back,nI came to your store to pickup the order and store’s supervisor said to the employee: why they are coming this time, they should come through drive thru after 11pm !nThis is totally unacceptable and i will report to the franchise immediately,nDrivers are also part of your team/management, we are helping to grow your sales and business, if you don’t know how to respect the drivers > kindly please shut down your business and this should be stopped as soon as possible or i will post multiple reviews and make your store more bad in the town! Drivers will not pickup the order from drive thru!nDrivers are part of your management because they help to grow your sales, increase your competition but your team don’t know how to give them respect?nI hope after reading this your team will change if not i will post multiple reviews to make your store more worsen

I had one of the most frustrating and uncomfortable experiences at the Mary Brown’s drive-thru recently. From the moment I started placing my order, the staff kept repeating things I never said, constantly getting it wrong no matter how clearly I tried to explain. It felt less like a misunderstanding and more like they were deliberately messing with me.nnThe tone they used was dismissive, and instead of trying to clarify or fix the mistakes, they acted like I was the problem. It honestly felt like I was being bullied. I left the drive-thru feeling disrespected and upset — not something you’d expect when all you’re trying to do is grab some food.nnI don’t know if this was just a one-off issue with a particular team, but it was enough to make me reconsider ever going back. Customer service should never make you feel small or unheard.

Love this location. The staff are always so friendly and very welcoming!

Its always fast and friendly service. The food never disappoints. I recommend this location to everyone.
