I have just recently discovered this Mary Browns Chicken in Georgetown. I can’t say enough about how sweet the young lady with glasses who is behind the checkout. You just want to give her a big hug because how sweet she is. The chicken is fantastic and between great service and yummy delicious chicken I will keep going back. Job well done team. Thank you for making my dinners delicious and affordable.
I ordered a 13 piece all white meat meal and was told the wait would be 14 minutes which was quite acceptable. As I sat down to wait the nice girl behind the counter came over and asked if I wanted some tatters and gravy while I waited. This surprised me since I have never been offered free food at a fast food establishment before . She quickly brought them over for me to enjoy. This restaurant really does go above and beyond for their customers. I felt so good about this experience that I felt it should be shared. I will definitely be back and will tell all my friends to do the same.
Love Mary Brown's Chicken compared to some of the competitors. The quality of food, taste, and freshness beats all -- the perfect meal I'd recommend is the 2 pc. meal w/ coleslaw, gravy on the side and potato wedges. And if you have the opportunity to try the Honey BBQ seasoning it's like eating BBQ chips via chicken skin. We are a regular, and strongly recommend this location to anyone as they are very quick.
Went in to pick up fried chicken for dinner, Caleb at the front gave me excellent customer service. The food came out quickly and was very good. Would go back for sure.
The food was amazing, fries and chicken were seasoned really well, staff was friendly came checked in asking if we needed anything. My sister is a very picky eater and loved it. Would highly recommend
The slowest service, it’s not the food was fresh. they get my order wrong have the time. The only reason it’s 2 stars is because I enjoy the Mary brown food in general. But the Georgetown one is brutal.
I've been going here on and off since they opened with no issues. Recently I heard that the chicken has been under cooked and pink, sure enough I went Monday Jan 16/23 around 4:15pm and my order was almost all pink. It was an 18 piece feast so that was very disappointing to say the least.
It was ok. Server was nice. But I had better fried chicken. Follow up: went again today. Pick up was efficient, friendly service and the chicken was cooked perfectly. We had the spicy chicken family meal and a spicy chicken burger. Perfect spicy level.
We usually get delivery and almost every order there is something missing. When we follow up with the store they say we can come in and pick it up which defeats the point of delivery. What if we didn’t have a car? It can be frustrating and has steered us away from being a regular customer. The food is always good; when it arrives
I love mary browns. Stafff is very friendly and polite. Whenever I dine in they always check on me. This is something which you don’t see much in fast food restaurants. I recommend this restaurant if u like fried chicken
