I wouldn't have hit a star, but its the only way to post our experience! They deserve a minus rating or no stars at all. My husband went to get us dinner, it will never happen again not at Mary Brown's Peterborough! There must be a real language barrier because while my husband was there, not one but , many orders were botched up, including ours. Also, there were no legs, wings or coleslaw available. This place has gone downhill, we thought last visit was trying enough but this was the last straw. How many people want to waste the better part of an hour waiting on take out and messed up orders!!! Huge thumbs down and I will be sure to spread the word! Hazel L

I was pretty impressed by the service and quality of food in here. Whenever i visit i see two ladies randomly named tejhasvi and simav. They welcome their customers with smile on faces and responds politely. Prices are fair and when coming to quantity, quality they serve the best. Never take positive reviews for granted hope this continues like the way it is for long time.
We've been regularly eating here once a month for years, and the last 4 months have gotten progressively worse. The chicken no longer has any taste. Is spice really so expensive that it needed to be cut back? No longer splurging on these prices for what is supposed to be food that tastes good, but does not.
My father went here to get food for my kids. Waited for close to an hour after ordering while they served others that showed up and ordered after them. Got frustrated and asked for his money back given the time it had taken. None of the staff were able to figure out the refund. They filled the order and sent him on his way and when we opened the bag at home the order was the wrong stuff. I get places are still short staffed but this was brutal...
Its okay. Got the nine piece meal. Large salad wasn't full, fries were luke warm and the chicken was okay. Its more expensive than both Popeyes and KFC so I was expecting more.Food: 3/5
Great experience at Mary Brown’s on Landsdowne. Chicken fingers are huge. Taters are seasoned perfectly. Everything was very hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.
For the first time trying oh so good, juicy and flavourful. Will be returning and the wonderful staff just made it even better. Thanks for the good experience. The family loved it also
Great chicken, arguably the best fast food chicken place. Its best to take the negative reviews with a grain of salt as most seem to be through Skip The Dishes It's about time Peterborough got one. Big Mary Monday's are great, you get a decent sized chicken sandwich for $4 the fries are great too. The staff are some of the friendliest staff I've met. The bathrooms are very clean, as is the dining area
