We recently stopped here for a quick lunch on our drive across NL. I was really impressed with the team and their focus on efficient and effective service. We arrived just before noon and the team were all organized to service the lunch rush, and quickly processed orders. At the same time, a person was dedicated to delivering orders to tables and ensuring the tables were clean. Top marks to this team - I certainly recommend this Mary Brown’s location.
Went to the Grand-Falls- Windsor location on Feb 4th and ordered the Date Night Meal from the app. First of all, I selected modify chicken and selected sides and wingsno additional charges on the app by that selection.nI was charged an extra $3.75 and was told that sometimes the app is wrong …. I ordered from the app, and should’ve paid what was on the app.nSecondly, I get home and my order was missing the taters.nI called Mary Browns and complained about this inconvenience and was offered free taters the next visit….. how would this be free taters when I already paid for them.nThis location was not busy at all… I was the only customer. At least 6 ppl working that evening and they forget the taters.nThis is unacceptable and I will think twice before going there again, especially on the weekend … just a bunch of lazy ppl standing around doing nothing.
Busy place staff on the front end were a little unorganized one person taking orders and putting orders out while 3 sat and had supper in the dining area. Food was good!
Good food, amazing and kind staff. Fast service. Great for a quick bite.
This Mary Browns location doesn't taste the same as it used to. Messed up my orders twice before. Language barrier issue. Big Mary's are too expensive.
