First time tried Marry Browns here in Oromocto. Love the atmosphere . Their hot honey sandwich really good. Appreciate their manager for checking with us for our experience.
I stop here whenever I am in the area because I love treating myself to a Big Mary combo but this one time, last Monday Oct 20, 2025 ruined it for me.nThe doors were locked and the lights were down low but both doors and Google say it closes at 10pm. I did see some employees inside, so I knocked on the window. They came to the window and said they're closed. I said but it's only 9:30. He said drive thru only.nNo where does it say that on the doors or Google and I'm driving an 18-wheeler, so I pointed at my app asking if I could order and pick it up at the window and they said no.nVery disappointed and frustrated with the customer service as they weren't even the slightest bit busy.
Love fried chicken. Stopped here around 5:30-6:00 on a Friday night and ordered a six piece with taters. We were trying to get home, so we didn’t have time to eat right there except to take a couple quick bites of a thigh and eat a couple holy-fresh-out-of-the-fryer-hot potato wedges. Wow, it was the real Mary Brown’s! Freaking delicious, juicy chicken - so good you remember why you used to love Mary Brown’s. I’ll just add in here that I first ate Mary Brown’s in Moncton in 2020 and thought it was great, but since then, Moncton started somehow cutting their pieces smaller and overcooking the chicken to the point of being dry. Plus, they served me rancid coleslaw and I never went back. When we got home later, I opened that chicken up to scarf it down, and somehow it’s still warm and still crispy and absolutely delicious and juicy - 3 huge breasts, a thigh, leg and big wing too. Whatever you guys are doing at the Oromocto Mary Brown’s, please keep doing it. I’ll stop by every time I’m passing through the area. And the staff were very friendly and welcoming, too. Celebrate the chicken!
We absolutely loved our visit to Mary Brown’s! The food was fresh and delicious, but the highlight for us was definitely the fries—crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. The staff was welcoming and ensured we had a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. The place was clean, service was quick, and the atmosphere felt inviting. We’ll definitely be coming back for another round of those amazing fries!
Chicken sandwich was raw - nearly barfed just at the sight of it. Let customer service know - they've not responded to rectify the issue or even let me know anything is being done to prevent raw chicken sandwiches from being pumped out to future customers. Gag.
