Martindale Dental - St.Catharines Dentist

I have been a patient of Dr. Venditelli for more than twenty years, and he has always been an excellent dentist. He is very gentle and patient with nervous patients like me. He takes his time and allows the freezing to be completely active before doing any fillings. It seems like all the staff enjoy working there.

The staff here are usually quite nice and the dentists and hygienists do a good job, but I have a major issue with their billing. Several times I have been charged much more than expected. Today, I brought in my daughter to have a crown put back in that fell out. All they had to do was re-cement it in. The same thing happened a few months ago but they put it back in and charged around $40, which was reasonable. Much to my surprise, today I was charged $137 for the same procedure. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she just brushed it off and didn't bother looking into it for me. So I was stuck paying a bill much higher than I was expecting. I do not understand why there would be such a price difference after only a few months.. for a very quick and easy task. They also like to charge your credit card for services from months ago with no notice or explanation. I don't have benefits, so it is very difficult when they charge rates that I was not expecting. Also when I brought my Kids in for a cleaning, I was quoted one price on the phone and then charged a much higher price at check out. I am very disappointed with Martindale dental and will be taking my business elsewhere. Do your wallet a favour and look for a dentist elsewhere!

Very beautiful and modern office! Loved how nice everyone was and how knowledgeable the staff was, even the front desk was helping me understand the procedure i need done and what to expect. Definitely will be coming back to see Dr. Patel! Highly recommend

Usually I am not a fan of the dental office, however when I was here this past week the office manager (i think her name was Jen) greeted me with a joke and immediately put a smile on my face. Once I was seated the hygienist Tori was very knowledgeable about what was going on in my mouth and she had a few recommendations for home care which i really appreciated. Great office, don't mind going there at all!

Came to the office for my first visit yesterday and it was overall a great visit. I saw the dental hygienist Tori and she was very knowledgeable and super nice! The office is beautiful and clean and I am overall very pleased with my visit.
