Our salesman Tom was extremely helpful. We had a lot of questions and he always gave us our found out the answers to our questions. We loved the idea that they had free delivery to our home. Dropped our new car at our door and picked up our trade in. Doesn't get any better than that. Never had to leave our home, shopped online, signed the paperwork when the car was delivered, and used the telephone to give and get information. Love the 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. Chevrolet has outdone themselves for car style and value for the last 5 years. Not just with the Equinox, but with most of their automobiles and trucks. Thank you.

Bought a truck a few months back and absolutely love it. Received a good price on trade and a great price on the truck i purchased. Great people to work with all around. I would not hesitate buying another vehicle from Marthaler.

I thought the sales guy could have been more friendly and informative; he made me feel uncomfortable. I felt like i was chasing him for information on the vehicle I was buying. He did not stay in contact and did not call when he said he would to inform me of what was going on with the vehicle I was buying. ( I had put money down on a vehicle and was just waiting on them to put finishing touches on it and then go pick it up) I got the feeling he knew he had already sold the car so he didnt care much. The finance guy Tom John was amazing. He made me feel at ease and comfortable. He explained everything to me and was super friendly. It was not the best overall experience but there were some good points.

The sales person Bret was great to work with. He called when he said he would and promptly responded to my calls. He thoroughly explained all the functions of the vehicle, he even helped me sync my phone to the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and they gave me all the information I requested. I am pleased with my purchase.
