We all make mistakes that's why an apology makes things most of the time right IMO, unfortunately it didn't happen today when I had to go back to this Marshals store at Lawrence Sq to get reimbursed for two missing item returned yesterday not being credited to my credit card. The cashier was very defensive saying she is doing me a favor because the return receipt was not from their store, well not only I had to show her few of my returned items still on the floor from yesterday which I was lucky enough to pick them up quickly but luckily the cashier who assisted me yesterday passed by at that time and I said that's the guy, apologizing to an unsatisfied customer that needs to come to your store twice to get the money back is not that hard, other than that I find this store OK overall

I actually prefer it to Winner's but it's the same type of store. I appreciate the size plus items. If you see and like it but are not sure you want it keep it with you. Chances are it won't be there when you go back.

They have great prices on Tommy Hilfiger abd Calvin Clein for men. They are also very friendly staffed and knowledgeable !

Good Marshall's. You can find good deals here if you look hard enough. The overall place, atmosphere and staff are alright. There needs to be more improvement on cleanliness of the floors and more with with organization of the place to make it better meld with the floor plan. Other than that, it is still a good place to find deals.

They have good quality clothes here. And a fair bit of variety.
