Great gym! Matt is an exceptional coach, regardless of skill level or background. He always gets the best out of you. The training is hard, but he is a safety first boxing coach and never puts you in situations you can't handle. Always looks out for his fighters and anybody who comes into the gym to train. Very respectful guy.
Amazing gym, great for all skill levels. Truly incredible seeing the results that come from this gym. The trainers find an awesome way of encouraging both a hard working and fun atmosphere to train in. I would recommend the gym to anyone, from those who are wanting to learn the sport, to those wanting to master the sweet science.
My 14yr son recently joined this gym & loves it. Matt & the other trainers have been exceptional. Very friendly atmosphere & there's no egos to deal with.
Great experience every time I go here. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable and super fun. They are absolutely wonderful with both kids and adults. I would highly recommend for anyone of all ages and abilities.
I've been a member for 6 months. I thoroughly enjoy my experiences there. I've learned a lot about boxing but also about teamwork and competitiveness. Matt runs a great family friendly environment and I highly recommend this to anyone be you a beginner or a seasoned vet.
Great atmosphere with a bunch of great people. They’re very welcoming and include everyone. They helped me loose weight and had a blast training with everyone. I recommend it for everyone!
