I recently started bringing my children here as our family doctor retired. I have had some medical issues that dr.turrun has been trying to help me resolve. However, aside from the wait time one thing that stands out for me would be the recent care of my husband. Although he was made to wait, they did do a urine screening to discover that something was seriously wrong. They sent him straight to the hospital with a note and requisition for a CT scan. He followed their recommendation and was immediately admitted. We are going on day 7 of being here and he is currently in surgery to resolve the matter. They may not have discovered the problem but were educated enough to know he needed immediate tests to resolve the matter. Thank you.

The worst clinic ever: they keep changing their receptionist quit often what creates a chaos for patients. Receptionisys of this "medical" centre do not do their work on time, keep ignoring fax-requests from pharmacy what postpone patients to get their needed medicine right away and after gets surprise why would a patient get angry. Always making you calling back and Ford by showing an excuse that they didn't get any fax from Shopper even though a copy of sent fax was shown to me by pharmacist where my prescription was dropped off 8 days ago. if you need any other specialist to see, this clinic will only arrange it within 1 or 2 month and on the top of that you still gonna wait 3 to 4 months to see next meeded specialist. Is this what we pay our taxes for?????? One more and very nigligent thing this clinic does: if u had a blood test done through them even after seeing and discussing with the doctor about that they will keep calling again and again to ask to come in regarding that (already discussed) blood result. Is this kind of business for them to get the payment from OHIP? Don't recommend this very unprofessional place to any one!!!!

I popped in today and was a little skeptical because of the reviews I read. I met with Dr EEson and he was amazing. Thorough and super pleasant. Don’t over look this because of the reviews. The DR I saw could not have been nicer.

Office staff is very friendly, dr Khanna does not seem to care about patients and does not do repeats on prescriptions. You have to go back in to see her for a repeat good way to make money

This place does not deserve even a star. It smells like smoke. It's dirty and disgusting. I went in for a bacterial infection and a severe rash. This male Dr. did not do anything or give or suggest me anything for treatment. If anything he scared the hell out of me giving me false diagnosis. All he cared about was $$$. Don't waste your time. Find a cleaner place and a DR. who cares for their patients. 👎👎
