Everything was seamless. Tyler was diligent and addressed all of our concerns, and worries in a thorough yet compassionate way. The entire team was respectful throughout the entire process. They provided services over and beyond what we were expecting.
The staff at Markey Dermody were amazing in such a difficult situation. From the initial call to the delivery of mom's ashes, they were very caring and kind.
Although very difficult to deal with the loss of a loved one the staff at Markey Dermody are professional and empathetic and listen to the needs and wants of the family. They truly made it as comforting as it could possibly be when planning and providing guidance after my mom passed.
