Mark is a scam! I sat in his chair enduring a sales pitch on inferior in plants that requires new material every year due to substandard material used. I told him I needed a complete realignment. He moved my denture around and agreed that it was in bad shape and only a complete alignment would fix my problem THEN sat there with his little high dollar dremal and made an adjustment on that same denture. It made no difference, I still can't eat with the denture, it is still loose and rocks yet he charged me $85 for NOTHING. Now he still wants $450 for the complete alignment. For what? $2 in laytex material. And, just like everyone in his industry, if it doesn't work you pay even more "to fix it right this time". Let me know if you find an honest dentist, it ain't this one, with his grandur and sales pitch.

Dr. Sheppard and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly and feel like a part of the family after you have been going for a while. They are very friendly and caring. He is a wonderful dentist. He is kind, patient and tries in every way he can to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
