I shopped at MARK'S in Carlton Place today. I was absolutely thrilled with their new supply of winter clothing ... beautiful jackets, sweaters, shirts, gloves, slippers and more, both men's and women's, and at a fair price. If there is anything you want to purchase, for yourself or as a gift, check out MARKS asap.
They always have a good selection and staff are always friendly offering to help. I got my partner some work pants for Christmas, they were a size too small and had no issues with returning
I was helped today by a very nice woman named Lydia. She was very patient and understanding. This is a great place to shop.
Not a good experience. The women who work there are pushy and unfriendly and make you feel like you are taking too long when you are browsing. I returned a pair of boots for a gift card and was browsing for jackets and constantly felt like I was being watched and timed. I won't shop there again.
Great end of summer sales, discounts on almost all in the store, and very helpful staff.
No staff helping customers and what they say they have on line isn't what they have in store.
Very disappointed in all marks in general. I’ve been in the trades for five years now. And there’s been so many times that I’ve walked into their store to buy jeans or pants for work and they never stock there smaller sizes. Just all-around disappointed. Very frustrating, you’ve lost my business.
Very pleasant shopping experience today. I was looking for the start of a new wardrobe, and a very pleasant young lady helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Nice to see younger people with such a nice personality and helpful attitude. Very organized and clean store. Kudos to the store manager. Thank you!
Have enjoyed shopping here in person in the past although selection has always been a bit limited. Due to the current stay at home order though this time I tried ordering socks online for curbside pick-up. After wading through way too many options on their website I finally chose some that were apparently in stock at this location just to get an email 24 hours later cancelling my order. No explanation, no offering alternatives. Similarly we ordered a hat about a week ago that was also in stock. This one hasn't been cancelled yet but we still haven't heard anything about when it will be ready for curbside pickup. Will visit the store itself again once open but won't do any more online.
The store was so crowded with racks of clothes. Not room to adhere to 2 metre distancing. Very unpleasant shopping experience. Huge limitation on sizes available.
