For being in a remote area with a lot of trades people working in and around. They are not equipped for Winter Gear. Bootliners to be specific. I was told order online “We don’t stock those” Online we’re not available. Assistant Manager told me go to Canadian Tire or they sell them in Alberta. What? I could not believe the lack of customer service or care for customers.nI also spoke with the Manager today and she is just as rude and uncaring. Lack of respect for the trades and Labours that keep their pay cheques coming in. When trades people don’t want to go in your store because of rude, uncaring and completely unprofessional behaviour that is a HUGE Deal.nWill NEVER  with this store again.

Just made a purchase there on Friday November 8th. Seemed to be a problem with cashier understanding me. I specifically told her not to redeem my Canadian Tire money but she did it anyway. There needs to be information given to the staff that they are to ask me if I want to redeem. It is my choice, not theirs. I wish I had been paying attention after a long day but when I say no I expect that to be followed. No point in shopping there if staff don't listen.

Every time I've been in the Yellowknife store, I've been disappointed by the lack of customer service, from unfriendly sales associates to seeing people turned away 10 minutes prior to closing.nEven more concerning is how many of the employees are clearly confused about their own jobs. As someone who has worked retail, I would expect them to have a certain level of knowledge, I.e. how to find stock, how to deal with stubborn barcodes, etc. Essentially basic retail oriented problem solving. Hopefully, I've just had horrible luck but none of the associates I've encountered are capable of this, with any minor question taking 2-4 employees needing to get involved. And in truth, I don't think it's entirely their fault. I think the standard of training is subpar and that fault lies with management.nAdded to which, my personal experience with the manager or supervisor called over, she didn't state her name/position or wear a name tag was appalling. She was not only rude but even went as far as to raise her voice. This store needs some serious help from the Mark's management itself.

The staff is friendly but lately. The stores are gonna look like a Bergen shop. Store clothing, close racks. Blocking front door wasn't too impressed. The last time I was there, and some of the prices are starting to come out to lunch. I went to look for a belt and at marks. It is was $45.I walked across the Parking lot to  Walmart and the same belt was $22. These big companies are getting out of control What they're pricing

Good selection of clothes and boots.  Great place to get work clothing of all kinds. Staff are friendly, but sometimes it's hard to find a staff member. Prices seem very competitive.  Store is undergoing some needed renovations, should be complete by September 2023.
