Mark immediately made me comfortable and put me at ease by focusing on finding the best home for my family in my price range.  His gentle manner and wisdom were invaluable throughout the search process and he offered suggestions without ever being aggressive in his approach.  He was keenly aware of neighbourhood character, was wary of high traffic areas for my children and managed to always remain positive, even when some days searching seemed futile!  Even after the sale, he checked in frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly.  I wouldn't have gotten here without him.  I'm sure of that.  A trustworthy person, knowledgeable, and forthright.  I hope I never have to buy another house, but if I do, I'll take Mark with me.

He had great pictures taken of the home, and had multiple websites showcasing the house.
I was constantly informed of any showings and given a potential buyer review.
Ala in all, I had a good experience and the closing was really well prepared and went without a flaw.

I just wanted to say Thanks again Mark!! You've done another amazing job.  This is our 4th deal with Mark in one year for both buying and selling.  He's great at listening and turning that into exactly what you're looking for.  Mark is very objective, proactive and professional. He's very good at always staying right on top of things and making me feel like I'm his only customer.

So, when my daughter, who lives in Vancouver wanted to move back to Ontario and purchase a house here, I knew Mark would be able to manage all the peculiarities that would involve. Mark made it all seem effortless.
