It was a disappointing and frustrating experience filing our 2019 taxes. Early last summer we were told quite brusquely that we were "third in queue." Assured a call would soon come to conclude our business, we waited. Radio silence. Tired of chasing Mr. Wales, we waited. Flash forward to February 2022, We finally got our documents back when we informed the office we were coming to get them though it turned out not all our documents were at the same office. Confusion happens and mistakes get made, but the poor communicaion and lack of reponsiveness was not acceptable.
