Such a unprofessional and rude branch  manager. Her name is Toni Bissett. She harassed and threaten us. This travel agency is not recommended. They don’t do their job properly and most of my friends did a legal action with them. Don’t trust on them

Barb and her team are the best! I highly recommend using Maritime  Travels services for personal and business use. Always great to work their team!

Shockingly poor service! Standing on premises with three out of four agents available, and no greeting and no interest to help. I was told to book an appointment via email. Guess the $10,000 I have to spend will go to someone who actually wants to help me book my trip.

First holiday booking in 3 years with the incredibly patient and knowledgable Michelle Chan at Maritime travel. Thank you for showing us so many lovely choices, now just to pack!

Worst customer service I have ever had It seems that they don't want to do their job

A very friendly and helpful place, willing to take the time to answer your questions and look at different options to give you the best deal

Top notch service.. if you ever want to plan a trip to Mexico ask for Cindy! She is the best..  Amazing attention to detail. Prompt replies to questions, lots of research for the best prices and knows her stuff! I would highly recommend her for your travel needs!   Even offered to phone the hotel we booked at in Melaque, Mexico for us to act as a translator with something we where looking for!

Worst experience end up consuming my money

The stuff is super helpful and takes there time to make sure you get the best deals possible. Been here twice and plan to use them again for my next trip.
