Maritime Permanent Roofing

I had my roof installed by a sister company 16 years ago. I have been having leaking issues with a skylight ever since. The company keeps changing hands therefore a warranty I had been promised to last my lifetime is no longer valid. I am willing to pay out of pocket and have been calling for repair for a year and a half to no avail. The roof inside is disintegrating. I can't get anyone to look at it because of the system used. I can't sell my house because it has a leaking roof. I just sit here watching the damage increase with no other option but to replace the whole roof which I can't afford.
