I had my roof installed by a sister company 16 years ago. I have been having leaking issues with a skylight ever since. The company keeps changing hands therefore a warranty I had been promised to last my lifetime is no longer valid. I am willing to pay out of pocket and have been calling for repair for a year and a half to no avail. The roof inside is disintegrating. I can't get anyone to look at it because of the system used. I can't sell my house because it has a leaking roof.  I just sit here watching the damage increase with no other option but to replace the whole roof which I can't afford. We own a property close to salt water so we were looking for a product without exposed fasteners and one that could handle the high winds. We had a couple of companies bid on the job and decided to go with Maritime Permanent Roofing. The estimator Greg was very personable and explained  the entire process start to finish. The installers were very professional and hard working.  We are pleased with the job they did and happy with the look of the new roof. We love our new roof and have no regrets. The installers were professional and very conscientious and didn’t leave any mess behind. We love the look of the new roof and have had many compliments from neighbors. But the best part is no longer having to worry about the roof during periods of heavy wind!
