Great atmosphere, friendly culture. Food is above average, considering the price. This is a member's club as you have to pay for a membership, but it is worth it in the service and food provided. Carrie is the best bar manager I've met, she ensures everyone's comfortable, safe and enjoying their time regardless of the event of day of the week.
Not a bad place for hosting a small concert of 400 fans. Beverage prices were very low and food could be had around the corner. Tables and chairs were wooden and not particularly comfortable. Parking was free and easy to access the club.
Good prices and large quantities, could use a better menu. Less home cooked food and a little more pubby
Awesome. Need more CAF members to join. Low cost beer, video games, movies, beer, board games and community. And lots of food on specific days like pizza and chicken wings. Sometimes free food.
Great staff, Military Junior Ranks Maritime Club Members only. Movie room, special events, lunch/ food, drinks, pool tables, darts, board games, snacks Lunch specials at snack bar. TGIF events
Very large venue that can hold any type of event. Banking machine in this spot is convenient. There are some problems with the sound system in the venue area. Great staff.
Amazing bartenders, great prices, if you get there before 6:30pm 1830h they typically have food for purchase. Highly recommend wing night if you are a military member, just be sure to sign in when you come in. They have two pool tables, typically they are pretty crowded in the summer the reservists take them over. Great atmosphere if your military, if not you may or may not like it. They also have a few game consoles - Xbox, Playstation PS4 I believe, a Wii and I believe there is one more game system; games are all at the bar, just ask! There are also two dart boards, although I think I saw them used a total of one time this summer while I was there. And a small hand played shuffleboard, it is very sandy and gets everywhere. This is just upstairs Downstairs there are 4 more pool tables that typically have no one at them, and sometimes you will catch military guys playing nerdy games such as: DnD Dungeons and Dragons, 4DK I think that's what it's called, they have figures that are anywhere from about 3 inches tall and up, tallest one I saw this summer was about 4ft, and other games like that. There is cards against humanity upstairs as well, highly recommended playing with drunk people if you are the only sober one, it is a very good time.
Folks here are great. Typical Canadian pub style food, great portions for the price and the staff are friendly.
Cheap wings, nice place, just bring good people and you are set!
Foods out of this world. Would come back here in a heart beat! Highly recommend this place for lunch.
