Very knowledgeable front office staff and a great front office sales personnel. Very customer oriented and supporting. Would recommend Iuri as a contact if you're interested in a Subaru.

The purchase of our first Subaru was well attended to by the team at Marino’s Fine Cars. Jorge was our personable, attentive and very knowledgeable salesperson. We test drove a number of models before making a decision and found Jorge’s questions and suggestions to be very helpful. The negotiation of our trade-in agreement was equitable and the financial paperwork and transaction was straightforward and expedient. We love our new Crosstrek and would not hesitate to recommend Marino’s to anyone considering a new car.

We didn't end up buying here (chose a different brand), but were very pleased with our in-store and test-drive experience. It started with the manager coming over to greet us, at many other dealerships we had to walk to a welcome desk before anyone said hi. He asked what we were looking for, then pointed us to a couple of demos and asked us to wait a few minutes until one of their sales reps returned. We then met with Alvin, who was very pleasant to deal with. He asked about us, our needs, what we're currently driving and what we would use our car for (commuting / highways / in the country, etc.), and told us about him and his family. On the drive and follow-ups, he kept the conversation focused on our needs and on ensuring our satisfaction. If you're interested in a Subaru, these guys are well worth a visit.
