Very disappointed after ordering 2 arrangements to be delivered to two dear family friends who both suffered a loss.....extra charge for delivery, extra charge for “labor” (I’ve never heard of such a thing....isn’t making flower arrangements & delivering them what a flower shop does?)
I used them because the florist I usually use in the area was closed for vacation, but NEVER again!!!  Definitely don’t get your moneys worth here.....💰

Very disappointed. I ordered a sympathy plant basket and asked to have it customized with pink flowers and ribbons.  It arrived with wilted yellow flowers and a red bow.
