The best Greek food on the island! So reasonably priced, and it was quick. Sadly Spanakopita was sold out today but I'll come back soon! It's my favourite place in Sidney for sure Food: 5/5
Super friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast service. One thing that can be improved is if they bring all orders together or at least within a short time from eachother. It is awkward when 3 people have their food in front of them and one person is waiting for 5 minutes. We wanted to eat together and the wait made the food a little cold. Chicken souvlaki was very delicious, although had I been given the choice, I would have preferred it without onions. Calamari was ok but there were some tiny pieces that had too much battering. Moussaka wasn't tasty. It had good ingredients but the taste was quite bland. Needed salt and spices. Overall 4 out of 5.
Stopped by this place for dinner. Greek salad was super fresh and their wraps were delicious!
The chicken souvlaki served in a pita was terrific! The pita itself was very soft.
Great local Greek food, great quantities, and great prices. Relatively fast preparation, and service is good. Not a fancy place but tons of fun!. Still here in2022, and good as ever
We did all-out today, as we needed some wholesome food to eat at the Swartz Bay Ferry while waiting. We had chicken souvlaki! It was packaged well for takeout and stayed hot until we got to our queue and parked. The food was delicious! Highly recommended for this purpose, but will have to try dine in in the future.Food: 5/5
We didn't eat in at this restaurant but got a few things for take out. The pitas are absolutely amazing - fluffy / warm / perfect in every way. The souvlaki is wonderful too - great flavour and not overdone. Great stop if you are in Sidney!
Maria's is a cafeteria style spot. Many nice tables to choose from. The view is not exceptional, roadside . The food was hot and delicious. Very enjoyable . Also had a cold beer.Food: 5/5
Just happened to park nearby and grabbed a gyro donair for lunch. Very glad I did. I'll definitely be back to try some more of the menu.Food: 5/5
Service was great, food was even better. Lamb cooked just right, tender and juicy. Nice patio, and short walk to the water front. Awesome place to go in Sidney area.
