I moved up here to the area and was told about this little place and how they pack a punch with Grade A home cooked food! Was a little busy, well ok it was packed when we arrived, only had to wait a little for a spot. I ordered up the meatlovers omelet and coffee, was really good! Happy to enjoy the great food and happy friendly staff . I'll be sure to pop in here again! See you guys again soon!
Went with 2 other adults and 3 kids. Had a diverse order of dinner and breakfast items and everything was timed well. There "thing" is cookie jars and every seat gives you a different Eye Spy game to play. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through. Kid-friendliness: The server was very understanding and accommodating.
wow! Everything we tried was delicious. Did I mention their bread is all homemade? so good. Prices are reasonable, portions are large, food is good and staff is friendly and hustling. Guess that explains why they are always busy!
Oatmeal was pretty stiff but otherwise very good. My daughter enjoyed the stuffed French toast! Really cute place with all the unique cookie jars. Nice staff.
First time I've left a tip less than 50% in 10 years. Food was not out 45 minutes post order. When I told the wait-staff I had to go to an appointment, they said "its always like this." I get that, I used to work in food-service too. Not a big fan of being 'corrected' when I spent an hour in the establishment waiting for a scramble and toast. Food is fine, just be prepared to wait.
We found it on Google maps but had to search a while to find it and a place to park. There were signs but the entrances didn't stand out. Not much front parking but there are city lots in the back. It was crowded but we got in after a few minutes. It was worth the search and the wait. Good food, fair portions and moderate prices. Amanda was really busy but took great care of us. The entrances were not easy to spot and the restaurant is narrow and long front to back. It is dwarfed by the tall buildings and in the middle of the block.
We are employee's of a somewhat local power company. So we showed up with 20 people unexpectedly, they took great care of us. Food was amazing and every single order was exactly as ordered. Great people, great service even when we made it more difficult. Thanks again.Food: 5/5
First time there!! Little wait but worth it.Hubby had smelt and it was good. Had fried green beans which have just the right kick. Staff very friendly and nice. Will go again. Dietary restrictions: I have red meat, gluten allergies and they comidate me.
Really good Breakfast the links are the best, the pancakes are enormous and the toast and French toast are amazing! Great service too and it is very affordable as well.. 5 stars well deserved!Food: 5/5
This is the place to eat if you want CONSISTENTLY good food. Ive ate here for 21-22 years, ive never had a bad plate of food, ive always had timely service, prices are always fair which means you can leave a little more for the waitress. Thank you margos!
