Normally I'd give 4 stars .We order all the time but there's a young man who takes orders and forgets to get name, address and #. First time it happened I called back with the info. Tonight Andrew ordered and forgot. After an hour called back, couldn't find ordered for 3-4 min. Came back said it was on way; I said hope it's hot,she said it'll be fresh. 5 min from store it took almost 20 min to get it. Guess what it was cold. Here's the deal if you don't get an address # or name. You make the order it sits hoping it gets picked up or a call back. So when this happens good business would be to make a new order to keep customers happy an coming back. Also train the young man who answers phones more. The girl is great the food is great as well if it's hot. Thank You for the work you put into making everything. Like I said normally I'd give 4 stars
I've ordered here multiple times. Always rude.. but the wings are good so I continue to order.. the last 3 times within 3 months have been HORRIBLE! I've canceled my order because they won't even prepare for 2 hours! & then it's set for an hour delivery.. now I made a $50 order & have been waiting an hour for it to prepare to keep going later and later... THE PHONES ARE SET UP SO YOU CANT CALL! I'm so mad! this place is a JOKE & should just shut down already
0 Star Very rude delivery 40 minutes late lost address cold pizza with a very bad attitude demanding tip and not let me sing for my card do you think that attitude and arguing over the phone you can give tips well and he said he was not coming back to delivery him left screaming rubber …Marcos you need better team and customer service
Marcos Pizza is my absolute favorite place to get pizza. I highly recommend any pie with the original hand-tossed crust. So delicious, once a week I cannot wait to get my simple pepperoni pizza with xtra sauce. Thank you Marco's for always making my pizza with care and for the friendliness of the employees who are always upbeat and friendly.
Pizza was done fast. The pizza was delicious. The staff was nice. Would highly recommend and definitely ordering from again.
Placed an order via telephone . Went to pick it up and they said they didn't have it, no record of any such order. Then they asked if there was proof of the order, such as a receipt. Uh. No. My phone doesn't shoot our receipts of conversations. Anoka location has been declining in service and quality, but this is exceptionally unexcusable.
stopped by to check it out, one person acknowledged us and he was a sweetheart. the girl walking around in sweats and a tank top should find a different job. Rude and just not appropriate for a kitchen setting.
I had pizza here for the first time this last Friday. Ordered online and it was done on time. The only negative I would say is that the veggies were alittle big so they didn't cook well. I also want to add that it being my first time ordering from here that I got confused when it asked how done I wanted the pizza. I have never come across a pizza place asking that so my pizza was under done for me. Next time I would know to click the very well done.
Ordered two pizzas one with pepperoni and black olives and one "garbage". We got one the pepperoni and a cheese. This is the second time this has happened. Only difference this time was we were told the pizzas would be delivered at 7 instead I had to drive into Anoka to pick it up at 8. Never again Marco's. I realize your short handed but come on this is not how to run a business.
