Ricardo and the crew did amazing. The pizzas and wings and cheese bread were delicious. Still hot when we got home. I haven't had a bad experience with this store. Every time we order from here our food is amazing and the customer service is always above and beyond. Only pizza place we order from since we moved to bellevue.
I normally order from Marcos every couple weeks. Usually they are pretty good but tonight must have been an off night. I arrive at the store to pick up my order and the woman working the front seems manic. She was very short with me and practically threw my pizzas at me. When I got home I realized that one of the pizza boxes was taped shut. The pizzas were not cut well and I had to do some of the cutting myself. The pizzas were not well made and all the toppings came off in one bite. The pizzas seemed kind of small for mediums. They did taste okay so they had that going for them. Overall a little disappointing because I know how great they can actually be.
[EDIT 12.8.22] My dad surprised me with pizza and wings for my birthday. Pizza was great and the wings were saucy. They wrote happy birthday on the box. Easy redemption. [PREVIOUS REVIEW] So, I ordered a cheese pizza, a meat pizza bowl and an order of cinnasquares. The pizza was ok - nothing really wrong with it. Just average. The pizza bowl was like... half full? And it was just sauce, meat and cheese. I guess I didn’t read the menu description well... so be aware of that. The cinnasquares weren’t that good. It seems like they just pop a frozen tray of precut dough in the oven and then sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on it. And the vanilla icing is literally a packet. Just a packet. So you can’t really dip it, you have to squeeze it over the tray of bread or squeeze it on each bite? I don’t know. This wasn’t cheap so I’m disappointed in the quality I received. The pictures I took were after I ate some of it - probably won’t eat much more of it honestly. You live and you learn I suppose.
We ordered pizza for a school musical a week in advance. I verified with them that what I ordered would be enough for the number of kids I needed to feed. It was not even close; I had kids without food. The delivery was also 30 minutes late, and when it arrived, the delivery driver had tipped 4 of our pizzas over and all the toppings were off the pizza. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! They have lost our business for good.
The pizza is good here and the selection of toppings is just what I'm looking for. The crust was a little hard on the bottom but not so much that it isn't worth eating. I would eat it again on another stop into Nebraska.
This location always delivers fresh and delicious pizza and other delicacies! It’s hard to find my place but they always find a way. Pizzas and bread were tasty as ever. Delivery was late as one pizza was not correct. Should have the ability in the tracker to state if delayed. I had to call to find out guestamit time. I'm insulin dependent diabetic and time my meals and delaying I then have to eat something else and have wasted money on order. I cannot eat leftovers. But on the whole food got here and was tasty and hot
They were not taking calls. Online orders only, however site down. Also when site is working they never have my previous orders or discounts associated with my account.Food: 4/5
Excellent Pizza, prices Fair, and the customer service is exceptional and the manager at this location had by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in 30 years will absolutely be back.
Today was unfortunately my first time eating here. I say unfortunately because I have been missing out. It's hard to find good pizza in Nebraska but this is one of a few. Amazing flavor and great crust. Crisp and perfectly cooked. All their sauces were good and the pizza was incredible. Also, very fairly priced. Definitely eating here again and if you have not eaten here and you like pizza I recommend you try it at least once!
