We had reservations for dinner and when we pulled up to the restaurant front we were concerned. We did fine the correct sit down location in the back of the building. Once we started dinner we were pleasantly surprised. Very good food and the service was outstanding. Our server was terrific.
My favorite restaurant in town. Nothing feels better than supporting a local family owned restaurant. Staff is always friendly and accommodating and I constantly see them going above and beyond to make sure people are enjoying their experience at the restaurant. The food is always fresh, and so tasty, never disappointed. French onion soup is the best I ever had. You be can’t pass the chance up to give this restaurant a try, I guarantee you’ll go back.
Went here for a celebratory dine in dinner with my husband. The atmosphere is so wonderful, very modern and has an Italian feel! Our waitress was welcoming and very helpful with explaining the menu! Our food was beyond delicious! Who knew dinner rolls could be this amazing! I had the pesto chicken dinner which was the best I’ve ever had! My husband had a burger with their delicious truffle fries. We both give this place 5 stars and highly recommend!
Love the decor and ambiance of Marco. 3 of us stopped for dinner, French onion and lobster bisque soups are outstanding. Risotto and spinach salad terrific, I would give 5 stars however my wife's Lobster roll was quite fishy. I will definitely go back and try some other dishes.
For the first time ever we were disappointed with our meal at Marco. We are hoping that the new chef was just having a bad day, Friday April 22. We've dined here four times in the past year. Usually everything is wonderful. This time it took around fourtyfive minutes for our meals to arrive. My wife always orders the walleye. This time it was oily and the potatoes that are usually spectacular, were gray, thin, and unflavorful. The greens were over cooked, so pretty much a pile of mush. My favorite was the lobster gnocchi. But apparently the new chef doesn't prepare it. We will give Marco another try in a month or so, and hopefully last Friday was just a fluke.
Stopped in for the first time and our large group was seated quickly. Our server, Marilyn, was wonderful and service was excellent. Food arrived pipping hot and delicious. We'll be back!
When we went they has a special of lobster rolls and they were very good. The other food was good as well. The service was great and the atmosphere was quiet.
This is a hidden marvel with good menu variety. We had been looking for a good walleye dinner, or just good 'fresh catch' in general. Our choices did not disappoint, and the service was excellent as well. Elegant atmosphere without being too stuffy or overdone.
Nice food to offer, such as filet, walleye, rib, duck, pasta, risoto, and chicken pizza. Good service as well. Highly recommended.
My workplace had an event here and the staff could not have been better! Not only were they super personable and kind, but they were very vigilant and made sure that everyone who needed a drink had one! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a venue for their next event! If I could give them 6 stars, I would in a heartbeat!!
