An ok store, however service dog handlers may be criticized.nnI came in with my service dog and was immediately chased by the manager. “Is there a dog in here?!?!”nI answer “Yes, I have a service dog.”nShe says “It doesn’t matter that she’s a service dog one of our employees is allergic.” And demanded that I get out. I appreciate that she let me continue shopping after I explained my service dog is hypoallergenic.nnHowever, her asking any service dog team to leave the store because an employee is allergic is illegal. And I definitely feel she would do so to a service dog that is non-hypoallergenic. Which again, it’s illegal.nIn a situation like this, the establishment is responsible for accommodating both the service dog handler and person with allergy. Kicking out either is not legal.nnI hope this store can educate themselves quickly and stop access issues for other people relying on service dogs.
I went there to use the bathroom because I live 30 minutes away I asked politely for the key and the lady said no you’re not allowed because you live to close. This girl doesn’t even know me or where I live all I wanted to do is use the bathroom but apparently I live to close
Everytime I buy produce its spoiled. From the avacados, to the red/yellow peppers, to the bags of potatoes, to the bags of Iceberg Lettuce, the onions, the ginger is molding already in the shelfs, literally every single time. So tired of wasting money, I've decided to go to another store to buy produce.nnEverything else is fine though. Nice staff, clean store, loads of parking.
It's an expensive store, unless there are sales on in their flyer. I find paying full price for 3, 4, 5+ day old bakery items greedy and taking advantage . Their frozen vegetables have been reduced to two bunks, now filled with 4 bunks of French fries. The cereal aisle is now reduced to half the space, now occupied by trail, protein, and snack bars.
Co-op Saint Louis wont get 1 more nickel out of me because the produce dates are WAY OFF. The most rotten things I have bought in my life were from this store. They are real gross
