Love this place. It is always such a joy to eat their food. Well seasoned and just delicious!
I love this place! Portions are sometimes inconsistent however the flavor is there. Tender pieces of griot without there being too much fat, crispy plantains with a soft inside and a good homemade macaroni salad. My only complaints are pikliz is not spicy enough, usually for a large plate there is more meat and the salad is served on the side however for this area with less competition it is still reasonable. I have went and they were out of plantains, to my dissatisfaction there was no increase in macaroni salad nor a discount. I know it sounds pretty but they're just so good
Too much rice and not enough sauce for a 19$ large griot. Not worth the price.
Best griot that I’ve had. Definitely did not disappoint. Pork was lean and tender.

No green salad with meal. Seasoned well and rice was good but the griot is wayyy too dry and hard to swallow and sauce wayyy too thin. Sauce should hug the meat.Hope you make these improvements thicker sauce and moister griot , maybe choose better cuts and adjust cooking time. Hopefully will be better next time.
Bland and cold. I like my food hot and don’t want to put it in a microwave. I hated having the macaroni salad in the same container as the food, plus plantain wasn’t crispy. Honestly , I can cook better Haitian food and I’m not Haitian. Sauce was consistency of water and flavourless.
