I purchased 5 racks of baby back ribs. Tom cooked them to perfection!!! It was perfect meal for Super Bowl Sunday. The meat was so tender and juicy. The meat was falling off the bone effortlessly. I'll definitely be coming back for more. My only regret is that in the excitement, I forgot to take pictures. This place is a gem.

The service and advice is superb. When combined with the very reasonable pricing for the quality of product, it makes no sense to shop at the more expensive lower quality name brand stores. Take the time to frequent this business - you will not be disappointed!
