Granddaughter was practising her hockey skills, with her double A boy's team.nnThey were to have the entire ice, but somehow it was scheduled by the arena that they were to play a game.nnProblem was her U 13 team was to play an U 15 team, in a different division. Complete mixup, but this was not the first time this has happened at this facility.nnIt happened similarly about 3 other times in the last 3 weeks.nnShameful!
A nice big rink with lots of seating for the fans. The dressing rooms are oddly shaped and seemed like a last minute addition. The canteen is one of the best in the city. Excellent fries, chicken fingers, and taco in a bag. Prices are fair cheap! for the amount you get. They also have debit which is rare and most rinks.
Ice is good, place is clean, but canteen hasn't been opened for the players
The arena front main doors aren't flush with the ground . 2 inch lip to jump for wheelchair users like me, and the dressing rooms are tight. Otherwise ice was good , rink was clean
The arena is starting to show it's age but is still a good rink. Has 4 medium sized dressing rooms. A small skate sharpening/pro shop and a canteen. Lots of parkings. Next to Seven Oaks Pool. Has a small toboggan hill close by , a park and soccer fields.
