We stayed here for an extended weekend in August and had an amazing experience. The owner was so helpful, always checking in to be sure we were settled and had everything we needed. The seasonal campers were so friendly and even offered to lend items we were missing. Swimming area was a HUGE hit with all our kids. We will absolutely camp here again.

I have been Camping since the Age 6 and I have gone to many Campsites all over in Ontario and Quebec. But one thing that I tell You is that this Campground is super. The Owner has made it be just like a small Community and also has taken pride in making sure all aspects of the Campground works well and also that there is a lot of activities for the Kids and for the Adults.

So, they have a man made "Lake" which looks very appealing. I have never visited the are until sunday. It was damn hot. Uncomfortably hot. My family and i wanted yo swim and were told it wasnt a problem as some friends had been swimming there and no one ever bothered them.  That however was not the case. We hadnt made it out of the vehicle when the owner approached us. He made it. Clear that swimming was for campers only. Which i am fine with. The issue i have is that there is no posted signage to indicate otherwise.  If there is private property, or rules such as you can't swim unless you camp, they should be posted as to not make a liar out of dear old dad, and a child as cranky as an alligator with a toothache.

Not many swimming quarries are this clean. The owner Eric is the best! He works tirelessly every opportunity possible. The man made lake has incredibly increased in depth and length. Maple View invested in best possible water slides, relay racing by foot in the lake. It is like having a literal water park inside the campground! Additionally, multiple public washrooms that are Impeccably clean. Also, for 2019, there are multiple community chapiteaus for bingo, events, dances, bands, karaoke, darts, meals, theme meals, the list doesn't end. Not sure why this campground hasn't received more awards. It was televised last year for it's incredible value. Thank you Maple View for making such an amazing place! FYI I used to camp at Kittawa and many have moved to Maple View because of the new owner Joel that acts as the owner although it was his wife that had the money to buy that campground. Poor woman is seen getting abused by her hubby, imagine paying to camp in such a place

Nice place close to familly. Only think is new section last year no grass on your lot. Beautiful homemade beach, But was to cold to enjoy.

Very beautiful campground alot of activity for kids to do and not to mention the new wipeout zone in the lake, owner is very friendly and always working hard to change and add new things to the campground

Very good for kids. The campers are very friendly and so is the owner. You can really see he love the campground!!

Lots if lake fun.  Not a great campsite...  very new for weekenders, so no trees on the site yet etc.  But who cares...  lake is crazy fun for the kids.

The owners are amazing and truly care about the place, the customers and everything about it
