Maple Leaf Moving & Storage

1. There was only four(04) floor runners they used.That did cover part of carpeted area and was walking with shoes in the rest of the area and on hardwood. They did not have enough floor runners nor shoe covers. 2. They provided with me only two wardrobe boxes and on requested gave me another later.I had to squeeze all my clothing and two closet clothes were left without taking.There was 06(Six) on the estimate 3. They refused to take one coffee table,My sound system,two standing lamps,two night table lamps,etc..which I had to transport in my personal vehicle. 4. They did not use mattress covers at all.( Their estimate says four sets) 5. They were struggling to dissemble the Treadmill. I had to get one of my friend to teach them how to do it.They did it half way and was struggling again to get it out of my basement.Whilst trying to do it they made marks on my walls and went up to the extent of removing the door.They had to seek the assistance of my friend once more to take it out.If not for my friend they wouldn't have taken it out and was wasting lot of time on it.(Couple of times they came and told me that they are unable to do it). 6. There was no padding and blankets to protect balusters and railings. 7.There was no blanket and pad wrapping on furniture to protect surface from dents,scratches and damage.They were telling me that wrapping will take time and I may have to pay for extra hours if they run late.Last few furniture was not wrapped at all as they ran out of material. 8. There were no stretch wrap for upholstered items. This tells the story of an unprofessional movers. On top of this they hit my vehicle whilst pulling out of the drive way.I was under tremendous pressure and could not concentrate on some vital matters which costed me at the end of the day. Please do not use this company it is a rip off.

HIRED MAPLE LEAF MOVERS WEEK AGO FOR MY 3 BEDROOM HOUSE MOVE. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB, GUYS WERE HARDWORKING AND COURTEOUS.. KEEP IT UP GUYS THANKS FOR HELPING ME.. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY

Great movers. The workers were respectful and got the work done on time. At first i was not sure if everything would fit in the truck and that we would need to make two trips but the movers organized everthing in a way that everything fit. Great experience and i would definitely recommend them.

Taran and Gary were the movers that arrived to help us. From the beginning, they were pleasant, courteous, and highly strategic with their work. They also took extreme care to make sure nothing hits and damages the walls or other parts of the house while moving the items. They were very organized and structured with their approach to the move. I highly recommend, not just this company, but also Taran and Gary as I am certain they will help make your move as easy as they did ours.
