Had a lovely meal of Swedish meatballs and penne pasta with sun-dried tomatoes served at my table shortly after ordering via their QR code. Paired nicely with a glass of Reisling wine. Especially nice when it's all free as a credit card perk.
It's a little small but a welcome refuge at 4:30 am! As with all establishments, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience for me, Here was no exception to the fantastic people category. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and funny .. or as any of that as you can be at 4:30 am. I look forward to returning many times. It receives a 4 star rating simply because of the lack of selection.
Maple Leaf Lounges are always amongst my favorites in the Star Alliance network, and this one does not disappoint. Open bar as some good options.

Decided to check into the maple leaf lounge at EIA after my flight was delayed on December 29. I got to the front desk of the MLL right at 12:40pm and was shocked by the rude and impatient woman working there. Instead of being greeted, I was ignored when I approached and said hello, asking about seating time. Without even looking up, this staff member barks at me “are you going to pay?”. A bit taken back and confused I said yes and had my card in hand already. I asked my question again to which the response was a seemingly annoyed “40 bucks an hour”. I paid, got my receipt and those were the only words spoken to me. Overall my take away at this location has been: horrible customer service paired with a dirty lounge area, only the scraps left for food no new items came out during my 1-hour stay and multiple dogs running around on leads made for a really awful experience and a the feeling I’ve wasted $40.45 for a seat with a filthy table. I hope this was a one-off experience and this person was just having a bad day however, it really made for an unfortunate and sour experience.
Great place upstairs from the general airport area. Comfortable chairs, good food and drink, and really helpful service. Couldn't recommend it more.
The best thing about this lounge is the staff! They were so welcoming and nice. I had a red eye flight at 12:30am so the lounge closed at midnight. One of the ladies noticed I took a buffalo chicken wrap earlier and when I mentioned I was traveling on to Europe she packed 2 more for me and handed them to me as I was leaving! There were lots of seats to sit in and a decently stocked bar. They also had an office space with desktop computers, a printer and a fax machine. The snack bar was okay, no hot food. The liquor bar closed at 10pm.
Our family loves the MLL! Nice ambience, relaxing environment and delicious treats makes traveling so much more enjoyable.
No bottled water, no cans of pop, cheap wine selection, roped off so creates a line up as an employee pours drinks and beverages, creates a crowd around the small food area, minimal but okay food options.
Ok selection of snacks and drinks. Had the overnight oats and some snacks. Lounge was virtually empty at 7 am on a Saturday which was nice and peaceful. Overall decent experience. Could really use some warm food options
