It’s been a very long time since I visited Manville Pizza when it was located in the original location. I’m not sure when or why it moved to the Main Street location, but, I was happy to see it and had to try it again. The location has a good amount of seating and looks much more modern than what the original location was - and honestly I missed that. The good new is the pizza flavor did not change. I ordered a pie and the service was quick. The pizza tasted really good and as close as what I remember it tasting a long time ago. I once heard they use carrots in their sauce to give it a bit of sweetness. I give it four stars as I’m really comparing it to the older location which had a much more nostalgic feel, a scent of many years of pizza making and I also remember the man with the big mustache - that entire package back then was a five star by far. No disrespect, the pizza is really good and I recommend trying it if you are ever in Manville.
Extremely great pizza available in several different varieties. Brooklyn style with a sweeter sauce was my favorite, but they were all exceptional. You can also tell it's family run that takes a lot of pride in their business.
After hearing good things from a friend who grew up in Manville, we decided to give it a go. We had some wings, a pair of Skinny Vinny pies, and some meatballs. Everything was really good. The pizza was perfectly cooked, the culling pepperoni was delightfully crispy and flavorful. The wings were crispy, large and meaty. The staff was extremely friendly and orders were coming out quickly even with a large Friday night crowd. We will definitely be back!
The owner makes you feel you are warmly hosted. The Hawaii pizza is our favorite and the taste is fantastic. I have to admit that the waiting time during the peak hours, in particular for the dinner, is little bit longer because you know the restaurant is so popular! The staffs are working really hard to deliver the hot and fresh pizza on your table. Parking: Parking lot in the back.
This is the best slice of pizza I have ever had! You need to try it. Not to mention the staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I could not recommend any restaurant more as a pizza loving individual. Also try the grape juice ;
Order the Skinny Vinny. It definitely lives up to the hype. Just a perfect pizza!
Probably wouldn’t go back. Placed order for a scheduled pickup, not sure if they made too early and then left out since most of our items were soggy and cold. 1. Chicken fingers fries- soggy cold and fries under cooked 2. mozzarella sticks- cold but good. Not homemade they are from the freezer then fried 3. Calamari- just the rings no tentacles and also freezer/fried, not home made and rubbery. 4. Cheesesteak- good well filled with meat and not skimpy. Good bread too. Fries on side, cold and under cooked. 5. Skinny Vinny with pepperoni, good and thin. 6. Caramelized onion pizza- very large square pie, next time when trying something new I should just order a slice. A lot a lot of onions lol wish there was more cheese. It’s unique and good but a whole pie this flavor was my mistake They also had cookies and cheesecake in the store we picked up. Overall it was okay.
We usually eat at Orsillo's in Somerset because it's close by and tasty but they close on Sunday. Despite having 10 pizza places that are closer than Manville Pizzeria we always take the 15 minute drive to Manville to get their pizza because it's some of the best. We've ordered there many times and the customer service is always very professional too. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.
The best place in town. They were busy on a Friday night, but kept pumping out the orders in timely fashion. The staff is polite, friendly and fat *autocorrected FAST!!!. Every meal we've ordered in, or picked up has been excellent. A family owned local joint, thank you for all you do for the hungry patrons. Parking: Plenty of parking in the rear Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor, front and rear access doors.
This place never disappoints! The penne vodka is amazing and the pizza 10/10 every time!! We come from 35 min away to get this pizza
