Absolute garbage. They are useless. They don't let you claim anything and they withhold information. I've never had to deal with such a moronic company.

Worst customer experience trying to purchase CoverMe critical illness insurance. If I could give Manulife a lower rating, I would. A bureaucratic nightmare trying to find out the status of my application via phone and email. Is this level of service what a claimant should expect? I have to assume so. Go elsewhere for your insurance products.

Horrendous website. Always broken, can never submit claims online. Require you to mail in EVERYTHING. Takes about a month to get reimbursed (if there are no errors with your mail in submission). Go with Sunlife. So easy and convenient. Simply file claim online in seconds and your done.

Will try to get out of any claim and site is next to impossible to use.
