So when I read the negative ratings on this office I feel like they MUST be talking about another office; the one I don't attend. Professional, caring, competent and other positive words are the only thoughts that come to mind. ❤️ This office and the people working here❤️

I've tried three different physiotherapists in Guelph and Anne at Manual Concepts is the best by far. She is an advocate for her patients and tries to help over and above. I highly recommend Manual Concepts. In addition, all staff are incredibly friendly.

I find the negative reviews a little confusing. I might go so far as to suggest that some of them are fake. Negative but without enough detail to be convincing. I have been a patient at Manual Concepts twice, having seen 2 different physiotherapists. The office staff have been very professional, and I found the therapists well trained and effective in their interventions. It is essential to follow all instructions to the letter and never skip the assignments. Otherwise the therapy cannot succeed.

Thought I should write a review, I have been a client of Manual Concepts for almost exactly a year, from day one have been treated professionally and with respect. Grant diagnosed my neck and shoulder pain and treated it effectively, I had tried chiro before this with no success other than emptying my wallet. Follow up massage therapy with Amanda has been outstanding, I go in every couple of months for a half hour, leave sore :) then pain free for months at a time. Thank you to the whole team. Would easily refer anyone of my family or friends to use them.
