The team from this business provided us with a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom.  All of the workers were pleasant to have around and outdid themselves in leaving us with renovations that we will enjoy for years.  The finished product is beautiful; getting there was not easy.  We moved out of our house so that the work could be completed in the estimated 9 weeks.  The final touches weren't done until 9 months had passed.  Some of the delay was our slowness in picking products, some was supply chain and the rest was unexplained.  Our old house required some careful handling which the team approached with professionalism.  Unfortunately, in order to manage an uneven kitchen floor the lower kitchen cupboards, counter top and sink were installed so that they are 2 inches higher than they were with our old kitchen.  This required putting a lift under the stove so that it meets counter height.  As a result, we are left with an exposed piece of rough wood under the stove and a work surface that would better suit the workers who were all  6 feet tall or more.  Fixing this would require more work than I can face so we will live with the end result even though it is less than optimally functional.Service:&nbsp;Remodeling

This was my first experience with Manotick Kitchen and Bath and they were very attentive and quite helpful the entire time. The project involved completely renovating the kitchen. It was a big deal to me and so, they made it feel like it was a big deal to them as well. I had Ashley, the designer assigned to me and she was wonderful and very helpful. Demean was the project manager and he made sure he was always available. I especially appreciated that he took me seriously. He really listened to what I was saying and asking and I know he really heard me. Everyone was very collaborative throughout the project and the lines of communication were always open. The pricing was consistent with other quotes. the owner Mike, was also very helpful throughout the whole project. He was always available when we needed to discuss something. It was a very large project and it was completed successfully.
