Amazing, fantastic, delicious, check this gem out! This is the only place we go to for fish and chips. We share the large order of haddock . Not greasy, super fresh large pieces of fish. The tartar sauce is home made and the best I have ever had. And don't get me started on the mushrooms, you gotta try those! The ladies working are always so friendly. Easily one of the best take out spots in town!
An absolutely must try!! Went to Brockville for nice drive/walk and looked around for best fish and chips in the area and Manoll’s was the recommendation. Ordered one piece of haddock they sometimes have cod or haddock to choose from with chips. As per photo, it is beautifully cooked and the chips were deliciously cooked as well. Looks to be double cooked to me. This was my first time having fish and chips and it did not disappoint. Very very tasty. We were sad we didn’t order more but this will definitely be a go to spot for delicious fish and chips for this convert! Super friendly staff as well, I believe it was the owner we were speaking with as well and she was very friendly and warm.
First time in Brockville- tried this fish and chip place as was recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Anna and her staff mot only serve superior products but also care deeply about their clients. We not only had a great meal but we left feeling as we had made new friends who we hope to visit again in the future. Thanks for the amazing food, the great customer service and kind generosity. We drove from Edmonton across Canada. Tried fish and chips along the way. Had fish n chips in New Brunswick, PEI, Halifax Nova Scotia and in Newfoundland. These here at Manoll’s have been the best yet! The 85 years shows in the great taste, batter and quality. And not to mention the AWESOME and FRIENDLY customer service from the two ladies. What an overall great experience! So good that we stopped on our way back again for a second time. Simply FANTASTIC. We will for sure visit them ever time we come ti this area. Five stars! 2 thumbs up! A1!
I stopped here in the middle of a long drive and it was such an amazing experience! the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and even recommended the park to sit in while I ate! a fantastic idea btw, definitely try it On top of all of this, the meal was delicious and plentiful! The cod was large and in charge! delicious crispy batter on the fish as well as a lighter batter on the pickles. The chips were amazing and the tarter sauce was the cherry on top! I will definitely be returning when I stop by Brockville!!!
Tried this place for the first time after being a long time customer at another fish and chips joint in brockville. Great friendly service and the fish and chips where excellent. Had the fish and shrimp. Batter was awesome and fries crispy. Great price and friendly service from the owners
We were recommended by a friend who told us about Manolls Fish & Chips. They did not disappoint! Food was absolutely delicious! The fries were nice and crispy but the haddock was the best especially with the dip we had with it! This is a great friendly family owned business that has a lot of history! Will definitely visit again! P.S. Since we arrived a little early they let us put up the flag of the store. -The Boys from Ottawa
For my family this was the BEST fish and chips we have ever had. It's old-school style, very fresh made infront of us hot and delicious. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and sociable. No comparison to any of the other fish and chip places around. We had the Cod, and the portions were VERY large. Worth every penny.
We were in the area and we want to try some local foods and we ordered the shrimp and chips..the shrimp are so plump and juicy and the batter is very flavourful and it is made fresh on order .. we liked it very much.. Amazing food on the beautiful Saturday .Keep up the great work!
It was an amazing experience going to this fish and chips shop. Freshly made fish they make to order with absolutely amazing tartar sauce. Family friendly place that catered us sooo well on the way from Montreal to Toronto. I'll always stop by here traveling between these cities. Will definitely come back again.
