The sales man listened and made sure I got the best vehicle for the right price with low mileage. They explained which vehicle would be perfect for my future plans. The shuttle picked me up, drove me to get registered. The bonus was 3 month warranty and a gift from the gift mountain. I would go there again on my next future purchase.
Service was excellent, had to wait a couple weeks for car part to come in so they made sure that I had a loaner until it was ready. The only thing that I could say they should improve on is to consider washing the customer car after servicing it. Every other dealer that I’ve dealt with has always cleaned the car prior to returning it however for some reason they never seem to
Riley and Leanne were amazing their customer service was polite and they really did go the extra mile for me as I was stranded in Sask trying to get back to Alberta. Three stars is because one winter tire was $500 dollars. I still don’t understand why it was so expensive. It wasn’t the labor they only charged $40 to change my tire. I don’t think I have super extra special tires. I think I got ripped off by the dealership. But like I said the kindness of the staff kind of made up for it.
I was in PA doing some shopping and my Caddy needed an oil change and service. I didn’t have an appointment but Leanne said she could fit me in and I completed my shopping and came back at appointment time and was done in a little over an hour. Great service.
