Really got disappointed with this transport. Got a quote over a phone call for $620 approx and invoiced me with $820 approx. I reached out customer service, the guy was nice but the admin couldn't do anything about the extra charges because it was a phone call and not written. Super disappointed.

The staff at the shipping office was helpful and friendly. The loaders were helpful as well. Their home delivery is top notch too. They keep you updated!
Disappointing quote because phone quote said this price is for both residential & business and when I received the invoice, they put extra $200 charge and cant even do anything about it.
Again, another cross dock situation. Very very accommodating people. The process is a little long but you know what. It's worth it. When you get everything tied up in one shot You go one side you got a door next side you get information and you're all set. The people on the floor are awesome
The staff at shipping office is really helpful and loaders are quick with loading.
One time shipping with the company was enough to feel uncomfortable ever using them again in the future. Shipment pickup was delayed multiple days due to miscommunications within the company. And then when shipment was delivered - already past the expected delivery date - only part of the load was delivered, the other pallets somehow went "missing." Luckily the rest of the load was located & delivered in the following days. Throughout the experience, customer service often had no knowledge about the mixups and overall reps were not very willing to help or rectify the issues. Reached out to them afterward explaining our business lost money due to the situation; no rebate or compensation offered. Difficult to work with a company that doesn't follow through on agreements. I would recommend anyone else considering them to just go with a different transport company. Manitoulin's rates are not special, there are many other companies who will offer you just as competitive of a price or even better, but the service will most likely be better.
I have been coming here for a few years as a part of my delivery job. This place is the worst for shipping and receiving. If you’re backed up in a door waiting for off loading, the workers in here will just keep passing by no one cares to even ask if you need help. They’re not as busy but they just tend to look busy so you’ll have to go back to them few times to get offloaded. Don’t expect this place like all the other places in Edmonton or Acheson to get your trailer done without any hassle.
Very courteous and friendly. A large depot, but they gave good instructions where to pick up your item.
Easy to find in Acheson. I picked up my parcel. Staff are friendly. Its not like a McDonald's drive through. Took about 30 minutes for the pick up so don't expect to drive up an drive away in 5 minutes....
