The triage staff with long straight hair and the receptionist with curly black shoulder length hair is VERY RUDE.Simply asked to reactivate my account and the triage staff replied with a harassing tone: “that’s not wat you said you said there’s a hold on your account!” I know what I said girl. And the girl with black curly hair talked to me with a SUPER impatient tone like I was wasting their time.nWake up! You get paid for customer service not customer threatening!
Blonde Lady was super rude when I took my photo for my license. I’ve never in my life have been asked to take off my contacts in my passport photo or my Identification card before but I have to for my license? it’s black and white too ??? And she asked if I had another license in another country? Implying I’m not from here …. Her Knowing my age too she had the audacity to ask such a silly question. She also messed up my photo 3 times while taking it…
Stay away from this location, unless you wanna be yelled at, mistreated and discriminated for being from another country. The times I’ve been here I have witnessed the worst customer service towards people to the point it’s humiliating and frustrating. I have NEVER in my life been a difficult person to speak to, I have lots of patience and I understand how difficult is to deal with people, but here they just hate what they do. One star feels generous to the way I’d like to rate this place. It’s unbelievable.
The staff was very rude and disrespectful towards everyone specially the women with blonde hairs and the male receptionist.nThe staff should be fired they dont deserve to be there. Worst people in the city. Worst people got hired here. If you want to know whom not hire spend an hour at the place you'll see how they talk to people who arent excellent in English language.nI am disgusted even though it wasn't towards me but to see the embarrassment on people's face when they were being yelled at.nSomeone should take an action towards these ungrateful unprofessional rude dirt of the city and show them the garabage where they belong.
